MS Classic Lady:
The MS Classic Lady was built in 2003 especially to perform biking trips in the Masurian Lakescape. With its 44 x 7 metres it possess a panorama view restaurant with bar and sundeck. The 20 outer cabins measure 11 qm, and are equipped with a ground level bed, closet, safe, shower and toilet, and a bus bar of 220 voltage.
1. day Arriving in Masuria
Budget flights as well as scheduled flights are available to Warsaw with transfer to Masuria (departure at 3 p.m. from airport, departure at 3.30 p.m. from main station). At night, the tour will be discussed and the bikes be handed over.
2. day Johannisburg Heath-Karwik-Nikolaiken ca. 45 km
Crossing the beautiful woodlands of the Johannisburg Heath you will bike past the Ruciane Nida lake to your ship at the Karwik Watergate. Here, you'll embark and comfortably cruise to Nikolaiken.
3. day Wolfsschanze ca. 50 km
After only a short boat trip to Ryn (Rhine) you will get on your bikes! You will reach the ancient sheepfarm which is today an adorable museum and continue to "Wolfsschanze". The former Führer headquarters and today memorial site of the resistance movement on July 20th, 1944 can be visited. The way back to your ship in Wilkasy leads you through grasslands, fields and lonesome villages. You can extend today's tour (17 km) with a visit of Ketrzyn (Rastenburg).
4. day Excursion to the Lake Goldap ca. 54 km
Today, you will cycle to Lötzen - the Masurian aquatic sports center. A visit to the Prussian Fort Boyen is worthwhile. You'll marvel over the hand-operated swing-bridge and visit Schinkel church. Taking a bath in the lake is tempting before returning to Wilkasy, via Possessern.
5. day Nikolaiken ca. 42 km
Today's bike tour starts with an atmospheric ride on the 'Five-Lakes-Route' to Szymonka. The first stop is Ryn (Rhine) with its 'Ordenburg' (a fortress built by a German military order) dating from the 14th century. In Zondern you can visit a museum of local history located in a 200-year old farmhouse before leaving for Nikolaiken, along the Talter Waters to the landing stage of MS Classic Lady.
6. day Piaski ca. 25 km
Today, you'll be spoilt for choice: Loaf around the worth-seeing city of Nikolaiken or cycle to the swan paradise at the Lake Lucknai. Enjoy boating with the old ferry to the biological station of Popiellno. Marvel at the tarpan, a re-bred primeval wild horse. The MS Classic Lady will lead you to Piaski where your bikes are already waiting for you. You'll cycle to Weissuhnen with its nice village church built as it was typical for religious orders. Then, you'll reach the idyllic bay of Piaski via Ruciane Nida, and also your boat.
7. day Kruttinen ca. 43 km
Visit today the Russian-Orthodox monastery in Wojnowo. The boating by punt on the crystal-clear creek Kruttina through the extensive forest area of the Johannisburg Heath will probably be one of the tour highlights. Cycling through a wonderful landscape via Galkowo with the horse farm 'Gut Ferenstein', you'll return to Piaski, to the MS Classic Lady.
8. day Departure from Warsaw
Transfer back to warsaw and individual departure.
Possibility of tour extension under the biking resort 'Masurian Lakescape'. Here, you'll find offers for boat trips, nordic walking, bike tours and hiking. An additional night is also possible in Warsaw.

Own bikes:
You are welcome to bring your own bike on this trip. Please note that you have to pay 55.00 EUR per bike for the transfer by bus from Warsaw to Mazury. Pre-registration is mandatory, payable locally.
An- und Abreise:
Per PKW nach Masuren (Stellplatz im Aktiv-Resort für die Dauer der Reise kostenfrei) oder Warschau (Parkplatz am Flughafen ca. 50 Euro/Woche) und weiter mit dem Masuren-Shuttle nach Piaski.
Per Flug nach Warschau-Frederyk Chopin, von wo aus ab 15:00 Uhr der Bustransfer startet. Der War-schau-Shuttle fährt über den Hauptbahnhof "Warschau-Centralna" und via Warschauer-Altstadt nach Jablonna, wo die Fluggäste aus Modlin aufgenommen werden, nach Masuren.
Per Bahn nach "Warschau-Centralna". Transfer mit dem Masuren-Shuttle via Altstadt und Jablonna nach Masuren.
Tourbesprechung und Radausgabe erfolgen am gleichen Abend oder am nächsten Vormittag.
Streckencharakeristik:
Die Strecken führen durch zumeist sanft gewelltes bis hügeliges Gelände mit wenig größeren Steigungen auf teilweise sandigen Feld-, Wald- und Wiesenwegen sowie auf Asphaltstraßen mit wenig Verkehr. Lediglich auf einigen kürzeren Etappen muss mit etwas Verkehrsaufkommen gerechnet werden. Etwas Kondition sollten Sie für diese Tour mit einer Gesamtlänge von etwa 260 Kilometern mitbringen.
Verpflegung:
Der Tag beginnt mit einem kräftigen Frühstücksbuffet. Abends erwartet Sie an Bord ein landestypisches Menü oder ein rustikales Barbecue an Land. Entlang der Radstrecke gibt es mittags preiswerte Einkehr-Möglichkeiten.

Vor Ort mieten Sie Unisex-Räder mit 7-Gang Nabenschaltung, Rücktrittbremse und Satteltasche. Der Mietpreis von 48.00 Euro ist vor Ort zu entrichten.
