The Danube Cycle Path - Passau - Budapest - Passau...
Characteristic:
The route is always on cycle paths throughout flat to slightly downhill. Therefore, this tour is ideal for casual bikers, beginners and children.

Total length: approx. 140/165 bicycle kilometers
Itinerary:
1. Day: Passau - Engelhartszell
Individual arrival in Passau and embarkation at 5 pm. At approx. 6.30 pm cruise to Engelhartszell.
2. Day: Engelhartszell - Aschach - Devin (approx. 42 km)
You cycle through the Danube loop of Schlögen and further to Aschach, where you go on board and continue the journey by boat to Devin.
3. Day: Devin - Bratislava - Budapest (approx. 18 resp. 43 km)
Today's stage takes you to the coronation city of Bratislava. Let's discover the charming old town, before your ship stores in the night the direction of Budapest.
4. Day: Day off Budapest
Even the entrance to Budapest is overwhelming. The entire day is for visit the city (optional city tour by bike or by bus) resp. a bike tour to Szentendre (about 54 km).
5. Day: Budapest - Esztergom - Vienna (approx. 43 km)
Early in the morning you go by boat to Vac. Here you start your bike tour to Eszergom, where you should visit the mighty Basilica. From here you can choose between a longer and a shorter cycle stage to reach Esztergom. Late afternoon boat departure to Vienna. Today the crew-show is on board.
6. Day: Day off Vienna
Today you can visit Vienna (optional city tour by bike / bus resp. in the evening waltz and operetta concert). At the night shipping in the direction of the Wachau.
7. Day: Vienna - Wachau - Passau (approx. 37 km)
From Krems you cycle via Dürnstein and Weißenkirchen to Melk. While in the evening the ship takes the course to Passau, the gala dinner will take place on board.
8. Day: Passau
In the morning arrival in Passau and disembarkation at approx. 10.30 am. Individual departure.

Our ship - the MS My Story***+:
This middle-class ship offers 89 outside cabins also a panoramic restaurant with lounge and bar, a sun deck with deck chairs and seating areas and a sauna to relax. WIFI available on board (for a fee). Each passenger cabin (about 10-11 m2) have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, central air conditioning with individual ventilation and a window (but the window can only be opened in the cabins on the upper deck). The 2-bed cabins have two beds ground level beds, sometimes standing in a corner, sometimes towards (daytime one bed can be folded to the wall on request). In the 2-bed cabins (ECO + normal 2-bed, but only on the upper deck) there is sometimes the possibility of an extra bed for a third person (extra bed = bunk bed).
Please note following at the booking of the cabins:
double cabin = 2-bed-cabin with ground level beds
three bed cabin = extra bed for the third person
